As a Senior Branch Office Administrator at Edward Jones, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with financial advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
We provide comprehensive 6-month training, including mentorship from an experienced BOA peer, to help you succeed in your role.
A wide support network extends from your branch office to your region to the home office, ensuring you have the resources you need to excel.
You will work independently but have a team of thousands backing you every step of the way.
Benefits- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage

- Eligibility for bonuses and profit sharing
- 5+ years of related financial services, banking, or legal experience, with demonstration of job progression and responsibility
- Ability to deepen and broaden client relationships
- Ability to identify opportunities to create efficiency
- Strong ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
