Job Description

As a key member of the Eurest team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the culinary and food service operations to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a strong understanding of inventory management, ordering, and receiving, as well as knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective culinary strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Eurest remains competitive and innovative.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in culinary management, preferably in a contract foodservice or fine dining setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food and catering trends, with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
