Job Opportunity Details:

Sea Grove Recovery, a leading provider of addiction treatment services, is seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Mount Pleasant, SC.

About the Position:

This is a part-time employed position available Monday through Friday, with the option to work per diem weekends. The successful candidate will work in a residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient setting, providing assessments, follow-ups, history and physicals, customized care plans, withdrawal management, and medication management.

Requirements:

  • Active South Carolina Nurse Practitioner license in good standing or the ability to obtain is required.
  • Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner education training program is required.
  • The ability to prescribe controlled substances and a current DEA license in South Carolina is required, along with an X Waiver.
  • Previous experience with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and prescribing/maintaining Suboxone tapers is preferred.
  • Prior experience with addiction, dual-diagnosis, integrated care model, and/or psychiatry is preferred.
