Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and treating patients referred to Physical Therapy. You will also provide education to patients, families, hospital staff, and students, and participate in the enhancement of the profession, the facility, and one's self by providing quality care, clinical research, and education.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients referred to Physical Therapy and develop treatment plans to meet their individual needs.
- Provide treatment to patients, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as needed.
- Document patient progress and outcomes, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers as needed.
- Participate in clinical research and education to enhance the profession and improve patient outcomes.
- Completion of a Bachelor of Science, Master's Degree, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic program.
- Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
- AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required.
- 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required.
- Experience in an Orthopedics, Neurology, and Sports Medicine setting required.
- Interest in Pelvic, Vestibular, and Lymphedema preferred.
