Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Residential Living facility.
Continuously assess and identify areas for enhancement within the Residential Living environment.
Ensure the operational efficiency of the designated facility.
Relay all necessary information to the Program Director on a daily basis in accordance with state and organizational policies.

Collaborate closely with the Program Director to guarantee that personnel processes are executed accurately and promptly, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, monitoring, disciplinary actions, and separations.

Ensure compliance with all regulations governing the assigned Residential Living facility.
Address family, guardian, and resident concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
Complete Incident/Accident reports and ensure timely follow-up actions are taken.

Maintain the assigned vehicle in safe working order, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents at all times.
Guarantee that all documentation is completed promptly and in accordance with regulatory standards.
Ensure that the Residential Living facility is adequately staffed at all times.
Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by Acadia Healthcare and relevant programs.
Follow all safety protocols and comply with workers' compensation guidelines.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
