We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Wellstar Health System, Inc.
About the Role:This is a full-time day shift position in our Neuro MedSurg department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Partner with patients and significant others to set and achieve patient goals.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards.
- Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care.
- Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration by practicing in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Participate in performance improvement, research, and research utilization to promote safe quality patient care.
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Reg Nurse (Single State) license.
- RN - Multi-state Compact license.
