Nurse Practitioner Opportunity at Northwest Hospital

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwest Hospital. As a member of our patient care team, you will provide safe and compassionate care to our patients, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Basic Professional Knowledge, equivalent to an Associate's degree
- Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
- Less than one year of experience required
