Job Title: Manufacturing Finance Director

James Hardie Building Products Inc. is a leading manufacturer of fiber cement home siding and exterior design solutions in North America. We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Finance Director to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Finance Director will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis across our Western network of 4 sites. This role will partner with business leaders and plant finance leaders to build and set out the strategic direction and key business priorities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and manufacturing, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize key business initiatives and projects
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial models and tools to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business planning and strategy development
  • Manage and maintain accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve financial planning and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • Advanced degree, e.g., MBA, preferred
  • 15+ years finance experience, required
  • 5+ Manufacturing Finance experience required
  • Minimum 5 years managing, leading, and developing a team required
  • Major ERP experience required; SAP preferred
