As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing a new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system that directly improves patient care and streamlines workflows.* You will work closely with clinical staff and IT teams to design solutions that meet the real needs of healthcare providers, test and validate the system to ensure seamless integration and compliance with standards and organizational needs, and provide training and feedback recommendations to support the smooth adoption of the system. * We offer a competitive salary of $55.43 hourly, ongoing training to help you grow your skills and advance your career, opportunities for advancement within the division, department, or state organization, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, employer contributions toward medical/vision/dental, and retirement plans. If you are someone who shares these values and is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply today* A qualified candidate should possess eligibility for licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alaska, two years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse, one of which must have been as a full-performance/journey level Psychiatric or Corrections Nurse, combinations of prior training and experience in other specializations of nursing care, and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
