We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Alaska. This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $256,313.89 and $410,102.22 per year, making it one of the most competitive in the region. Our comprehensive benefits package includes relocation assistance, up to 7% annual base increase, paid time off, and 13 federal holidays.
Responsibilities and Facility DetailsIn this role, you will work with adults aged 21 and older, providing individual and family treatment in a nurturing environment. Our day program combines integrated behavioral and primary care services, with a focus on trauma, daily living circumstances, and group, individual, family, and couples therapy.
Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this position, you will need a BC or BE in Psychiatry, as well as experience working in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Your expertise will enable you to develop treatment plans that cater to the diverse needs of our patients.
