Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/Accounts Professional to join our team at Accel Talent Group. This dynamic role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing finances, and taking on administrative tasks with enthusiasm and dedication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable/Record keeping:
    • Handle the complete cycle of accounts receivable and accounts payable using Quickbooks.
    • Process invoices, billings, and payments with precision and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
    • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
    • Quickly reconcile financial discrepancies and proactively resolve issues.
  • Payroll and Tax Preparation:
    • Coordinate payroll operations and ensure accurate calculation of employee wages, benefits, and deductions.
    • Prepare and distribute paychecks while adhering to labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain comprehensive records of employee compensation, tax documents, and related details.
  • Customer Excellence:
    • Help create a warm and hospitable experience for customers.
    • Provide a personal and friendly experience to every customer, whether through email, phone, or in-person interaction.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining project-related documentation and invoicing.
    • Support general administrative tasks with a diligent and proactive approach.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of dedicated administrative support/finance experience in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office for document creation and spreadsheets.
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish and Portuguese is essential.
