About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work with our clients in Rutland and surrounding areas. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing one-on-one care to clients in their homes
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Conducting diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client progress
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A current Physical Therapist license in the state
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
