About the Job

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Center Rutland, Vermont.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in achieving optimal physical well-being through treatment, testing, education, and interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients and their families feel valued, respected, and supported throughout the care process.
Requirements
  • Current licensure or certification in the state of Vermont.
  • Graduation from a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or two years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant with a satisfactory grade on a proficiency exam.
  • At least one year's work experience under the supervision of a qualified Physical Therapist.
