The Private Wealth Advisor (PWA) plays a crucial role in establishing, nurturing, and expanding client relationships. Growth is achieved through both internal and external sales initiatives, as well as the development of new client partnerships within PWM. You will be supported by a team of specialists who bring in-depth knowledge in their respective fields.

As a representative of U.S. Bank in the community, the PWA will also serve as a key link to our strategic partners in the region.

Qualifications:

This role requires registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) as mandated by the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Compliance with the registration process, including a background and credit check, is essential. Failure to meet these requirements may lead to rescission of the job offer or termination of employment.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A minimum of eight years of experience working with High and Ultra High Net Worth clients
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Established network with strong relationship management and business development capabilities
  • Proven success in specific client segments with developed strategic partnerships
  • Experience in profiling clients and crafting tailored strategies to meet their needs
  • Holistic approach to managing client relationships, with the ability to coordinate a team of specialists
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • A passion for problem-solving and serving as a strategic advisor
  • Ability to make independent critical decisions and act as a business owner
  • Professional designations such as CFA or CFP are preferred
Work Environment:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring in-office attendance for three or more days each week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
