About the Opportunity

The Private Client Account Manager will be responsible for servicing, retaining, and growing a book of personal lines business consisting of high net worth clients. This role will interact extensively with clients and carriers to ensure seamless policy management and renewal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a book of personal line accounts, including marketing to carriers, preparing quotes and proposals, and responding to policy inquiries
  • Assist the team by maintaining renewal controls on expirations and binders, checking policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy, and maintaining accurate and organized account files
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to drive business growth and retention
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
