As a Receptionist at Sonida Senior Living, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and vendors, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will also be responsible for answering telephones, transferring calls, and taking messages for department heads. Additionally, you will respond to resident emergency calls and notify the nurse or manager on duty as needed. Your duties will also include assisting residents, department heads, and coworkers with requests and questions, as well as ensuring that residents and guests are signing in and out of the building. You will also provide valet support for residents as needed.
