Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions using UI Policies, Business Rules, Client scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Flow designer, Integration Hub, and Workflows.
  • Design and build Service Portal applications.
  • Configure and manage DevOps tools, including ServiceNow Change velocity, Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, and GitHub, to create CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues using root cause analysis and technical expertise.
  • Possess strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Integration with third-party tools using REST.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
  • Hold ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, Implementation Specialist).
Requirements
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, Integrations, CMDB, Custom Application, Reporting, and ServiceNow DevOps Modules.
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow customization using UI Policies, Business Rules, Client scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Flow designer, Integration Hub, and Workflows.
  • Experience in Service Portal.
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps config, ServiceNow Change velocity (DevOps), Agile/Scrum, Azure DevOps, and GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Good understanding of how the DevOps change velocity collects data from DevOps tools like planning, coding, testing, and orchestration tool chain to provide visibility across the entire software delivery life cycle.
  • Good knowledge on creating change requests automatically from CI/CD pipelines and approving change requests automatically based on change policies.
