Special Education Position

We are seeking an experienced Education Specialist to join our team in a dynamic school district.

About the Role:

  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with varying learning needs and challenges.
  • Provide customized support and instruction to help students achieve their educational goals.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Utilize specialized teaching methods and tools to cater to diverse student requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage IEPs: Create and implement individualized education plans for each student.
  • Offer tailored instruction: Provide customized support and guidance for students with unique learning needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with parents, teachers, and support staff to build a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Apply specialized tools: Utilize specialized teaching methods and tools to help students reach their full potential.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in special education is required.
