Exciting Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Waukee, IA

ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Waukee, IA, to find a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time, onsite position focuses on providing specialized support and interventions to students with autism spectrum disorders and behavioral disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Special Services Provider license with Special Education
  • BCBA Certification

Job Description:

  • Full-Time: 35-40 hours per week
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: June 12, 2025
  • Develop and implement educational and behavioral strategies for students with autism and behavioral disabilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments and create intervention plans
  • Collaborate with staff and parents, providing counseling as needed
  • Ensure understanding of the IEP process and standards-based service delivery
  • Maintain Special Education paperwork and assist in IEP creation and review
  • Provide staff development and support for behavior interventions
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
