Schools - Behavior Specialist

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a school district in Waukee, IA, for the 2024-2025 academic year. This full-time, onsite role centers on developing and implementing targeted interventions to support students with autism spectrum disorders and behavioral challenges.

• Licensure: Special Services Provider license with Special Education
• Certification: Active BCBA certification

• Schedule: Full-time, 35-40 hours per week
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: June 12, 2025 (tentative)

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans
• Implement educational and behavioral strategies for students with autism and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with school staff and parents, providing support and guidance as needed
• Maintain all necessary Special Education documentation and support IEP development
• Deliver professional development on behavior management techniques for school staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal education standards and the IEP process
