We are a prominent player in the construction sector, located in the Greensboro area, and we are in search of a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will take charge of the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various construction initiatives. Your collaboration with clients, contractors, and suppliers will be crucial to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within financial parameters, and uphold the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to meet project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and progress documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment essential for project execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
  • Handle project change orders and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and organized.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including contractors and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in the construction field.
  • Experience with HVAC systems and mechanical projects is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with construction industry regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
