Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to lead our Clubhouse Programs in Ramsey County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that promote social inclusion, employment, and skills development for individuals with serious mental illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs that align with the Clubhouse Model and Clubhouse International Standards
  • Supervise and support a team of staff to ensure the successful operation of the Clubhouse
  • Collaborate with members to identify their strengths and abilities and develop meaningful activities to promote recovery
  • Work with members to engage in a 'work-ordered day' and participate in daily programming and meetings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the Clubhouse and its services
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, education)
  • At least 5 years of experience in mental health, with a focus on program development and management
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of the Clubhouse Model and Clubhouse International Standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
