We are looking for an experienced HVAC Business Development Manager to join our team at LONG Building Technologies, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales-related work experience and a moderate level of technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
As an HVAC Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing assigned territory and/or group of accounts consisting of building owners, end-users, and property managers. You will survey customer locations to gain an understanding of deficiencies or potential enhancements needed, design and assemble ideas and products that provide HVAC solutions, and compile pricing of required equipment, materials, subcontractors, and repair/installation labor.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, voluntary life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, you must have 1+ years of sales-related work experience, moderate related technical and financial expertise, and the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of HVAC, energy management, engineering, installation, and construction procedures.
