Job Overview

Daily Responsibilities
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by effectively communicating product features and benefits, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
  • Negotiate Sales Contracts: Overcome customer objections effectively and professionally while negotiating and finalizing sales contracts.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gain insights into new territories, driving expansion efforts and enhancing our operations.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential customer information and contracts with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a key point of contact and a role model for new colleagues, providing guidance and support.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with customers and presenting information.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and promotional strategies is ideal but not required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
