Minor League Athletic Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Minor League Athletic Trainer to join our team at the San Diego Padres. As a key member of our athletic training staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch medical care to our players, ensuring their health and well-being throughout the season.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily treatments for prevention and rehabilitation of injuries
- Document provided treatments within the MLB EMR system
- Arrange doctor's appointments and perform administrative duties for team and individual player travel
- Manage the supply budget and regularly submit supply orders
- Set up hydration stations in the dugouts
- Other job duties as necessary
- Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of employment
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree, or education equivalent from an accredited college or university
- Current NATA-BOC Certification, in good standing
- CPR/AED certification is required
- Ability to start work in Peoria, AZ prior to transitioning to the Dominican Republic
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed
- Able to travel as needed
- Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
- Previous baseball experience and working in an Athletic Training program or high-level private group training setting, is preferred
