Your Role:
As a Mission Manager, you will be pivotal in assisting our clients in comprehending their operational environment and the overarching national threats. You will delve into various collection platforms and tools, exploring new data sources while integrating information from diverse origins, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and open-source intelligence. Your task will be to validate this information and apply client-specific methodologies to formulate assessments on strategic targets within your designated area of responsibility (AOR).
Becoming the subject matter expert on your target set, AOR, and operational tools will position you as a key advisor for time-sensitive recommendations, often under pressure. This role presents an opportunity to refine your expertise, develop new skills in managing raw, time-sensitive intelligence, and utilize a variety of platforms and tools to influence the targeting narrative effectively. You will oversee complex global operations aimed at generating actionable intelligence against top priorities.

Collaboration is at the heart of our operations. You will work alongside a team of skilled analysts, sharing your expertise and drive for solutions. Leadership opportunities will arise as you guide mission partners in a continuous operations environment. Our focus is on collective growth to provide optimal support to our clients, utilizing various resources for mentorship and skill enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in a professional setting.
- A minimum of 3 years in the operational community.
- Experience in crisis management within high-stakes environments, including federal or state law enforcement, military operations, or tactical aviation.
- Understanding of lifecycle and sponsor operations, and the ability to support and execute client missions effectively.
- Capability to manage sensitive missions in a dynamic, high-impact operations center to meet collection requirements and optimize resource use.
- Willingness to conduct weekly rotating shifts.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree is a plus.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this role and is part of Booz Allen's comprehensive compensation package.
Work Environment:
Our culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If the position is listed as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients as necessary.
