Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Operations Specialist to join our team at Peraton. As a key member of our national security team, you will be responsible for identifying and disrupting counterintelligence threats, planning and implementing foreign intelligence collection operations, and utilizing advanced analytic skills to enhance ongoing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analysis of intelligence data to identify opportunities to disrupt counterintelligence threats and enhance foreign intelligence collection operations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve intelligence collection objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Utilize advanced analytic tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends in intelligence data, providing actionable insights to support national security decision-making.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay up-to-date on the latest intelligence collection techniques and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and international partners, to ensure effective intelligence sharing and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international relations, political science, or a related field, and 12+ years of relevant experience; or an additional 5+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
  • Proven track record of success in intelligence operations, with a strong understanding of intelligence collection techniques and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies and international partners.
  • Ability to learn and apply the latest technologies and tools to support intelligence collection and analysis.

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
