Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to schedule field service appointments for fire suppression system maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
  • Create, manage, and optimize daily routes for field service technicians to ensure efficiency and timely completion of client appointments.
  • Communicate regularly with field technicians to adjust schedules based on emergencies, delays, or changing client needs.
  • Utilize scheduling software and tools to input and maintain accurate service data and appointments.
  • Handle incoming client inquiries, requests for rescheduling, and other service-related communications.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor technician availability, location, and skillset to match the appropriate technician to each job.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining client records and service logs.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and scheduling or dispatch software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and technicians.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role with occasional phone and email communication with clients and field staff.
  • Some flexibility may be required to manage urgent scheduling changes or client needs.

Compensation:

  • $26 - $29 per hour depending on experience
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k and more.
  • 5 weeks of PTO in your first year plus 2 additional days for volunteering
