Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Intake Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the admission process, creating and maintaining department procedures, and ensuring the level of treatment and clinical services meets the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the admission process, ensuring a smooth transition for patients and families
  • Develop and maintain department procedures, including daily census records, inquiry calls, and referrals
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure the level of treatment and clinical services meets patient needs
  • Provide excellent communication and observation skills, accurately processing and documenting information
  • Participate in marketing and sales efforts to promote our services
Requirements
  • Masters degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
  • Mental Health License preferred, with on-the-job training and experience
  • Three years of experience in a clinical setting, providing direct patient care and/or previous admission experience
  • Strong marketing and sales abilities, with the ability to complete clinical assessments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
