Lakeland University, a leading liberal arts institution in Wisconsin, seeks a qualified adjunct instructor to teach photojournalism courses. As a member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach undergraduate courses in photojournalism, utilizing your expertise to engage and inspire students.
  • Collaborate with full-time faculty and deans to develop and implement course learning objectives.
  • Design and administer coursework, including assignments, projects, and exams, to assess student learning.
  • Respond promptly to student inquiries, colleagues, and supervisors, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Utilize university technology as directed, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and resources.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Journalism, Writing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in photojournalism.
  • Ability to teach in-person courses at our main campus in Plymouth, Wisconsin.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on student-centered instruction.
