Job Overview

A Banquet Server plays a crucial role in the execution and service of various banquet events. This position involves setting up and ensuring the smooth operation of all assigned banquet functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.

  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and uniform compliance as per brand guidelines.

  • Perform preparatory tasks and side duties to ensure prompt and efficient guest service.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Alcohol Awareness Certification is required to comply with state regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to convey information effectively.
  • Ability to assess situations and make quick decisions.
  • Capability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
