About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packing Technician at Sterling Life Solutions, LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in all packing and unpacking tasks.
  • Securely pack clients' current home contents, handling items with care and respect to ensure their safe transition.
  • Carefully unpack and set up clients' new homes, contributing to a seamless transition and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Examine and inspect packed boxes and containers to confirm the secure packing for the move, adhering to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper traffic flow and a conducive environment for efficient work.
  • Perform house cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and wiping down surfaces to create a welcoming and clean-living space for clients.
  • Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Uphold the highest standards of motivation, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
Requirements
  • Motivated, compassionate, and friendly individual dedicated to supporting seniors during the moving process.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring the safety and security of clients' belongings throughout the packing and moving process.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with packing and moving.
  • Dependable and reliable, with a commitment to meeting work assignments and managing time effectively.
