We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Richard Kruger - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with other agency team members to achieve sales and service goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and service targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Relevant insurance licenses in TX.
