Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Accurately and efficiently check patients in and out for appointments, ensuring timely and smooth operations
  • Schedule new appointments and manage patient flow to minimize wait times
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some experience in a related field or medical office environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and electronic scheduling systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances
