Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Leader at Food Lion, you will be responsible for providing fast, easy, flexible, and friendly service to our customers. You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and Assistant Customer Service Manager to maintain standards and maximize sales through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
