Job Title: CTSS Mental Health PractitionerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CTSS Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at South Central Human Relations Center, Inc. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adolescents with mental illness and their families.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide community-based rehabilitative services to children and adolescents with mental illness and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and mental health professionals.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate group skills training sessions in an agency setting.
  • Maintain accurate records of billable services and communicate effectively with clients and their families.
  • Coordinate treatment planning meetings with clients, families, team members, and natural supports as appropriate.
  • Receive clinical supervision from a qualified mental health professional.
Requirements:
  • Meet the Mental Health Practitioner requirements as per MN State Statute 245I.
  • Hold a master's degree or other graduate-level degree in a behavioral science or related field, or a bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or related field with 2000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services.
  • Have 4000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to people with mental illness.
  • Meet the clinical trainee requirements per MN State Statute 245I.04.06.
  • Have completed an accredited graduate program of study to prepare for independent licensure as a mental health professional.
