Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Spotless Brands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car wash facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Repair, service, test, and troubleshoot car wash equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance activities to prevent equipment failures.
- Install and support new equipment installations for car wash sites, warehouses, and company property.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within stated guidelines.
- Coach site personnel on equipment performance and facility issues.
- Assist the Maintenance Manager in managing parts inventory and ensuring sites are operational at peak effectiveness.
- Retain accurate records for personal vehicle mileage and company-provided vehicle upkeep.
- Practice safe driving practices and adhere to maintenance requirements.
- Address facility-related issues at assigned sites.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and on-call hours.
- Able to frequently travel to local area sites in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in a comprehensive maintenance role, preferably in an industrial or car wash setting.
- Demonstrated experience or willingness to learn electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
- Able to pass a contingent background screening.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
