The Customer Support Business Group at Lam Research focuses on delivering premier customer support throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Our goal is to drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.

The Impact You'll Make
  • You will help CSBG deliver predictable operational and financial results by ensuring that business processes and accountability systems are effective and efficient in support of our business objectives.
  • As the lead supporting the Service product line, you'll have an opportunity to directly contribute to the success of one of CSBG's fastest-growing product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational and financial execution of the CSBG Service product line, ensuring its success and growth.
  • Partner with Business Development, Regional Account Teams, and Global Operations teams to drive revenue and margin objectives for all Service business segments.
  • In collaboration with CSBG Finance, drive all aspects of the financial planning process for the Service Product Line, including development of the forecast, validation of the business assumptions, and presentation of the recommendations to the Service Product Line GM.
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of all key accountability reviews as part of the Lam management system.
