Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at GetGo Café + Market. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and assisting with daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Assist with daily operations, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and handling customer complaints.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
