Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze internal business requirements through interviews, workflow analyses, and facilitated discussions with users.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs for development, testing, and implementation.
  • Identify and communicate risks and issues affecting business rules, functional requirements, and specifications.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical, quality assurance, and non-technical stakeholders throughout the development and deployment process.
  • Collaborate with the business side to understand data templates and assist in data entry tasks.
  • Curate, prepare, and manipulate data for migration from source systems to SAP.
  • Utilize tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Alteryx, and Excel to streamline data analysis and preparation processes.
  • Assist in ensuring data quality.
  • Provide support for data validation and quality assurance efforts.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives to enhance data migration efficiency.
  • Engage in heavy documentation to ensure UAT and documentation requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to achieve data goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Engineering, or MBA.
  • Experience in a technical Business Analyst or business-facing Data Analyst role.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling.
  • Proficiency in SAP, OTC (Order to Cash), Pricing, Inventory, Vistex, and other finance tools.
  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is preferred.
  • Experience with Alteryx or other data modeling tools is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4 integrations with other processes.
  • Excellent documentation experience using Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar tools.
