- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, physicians, and the public
- Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient placement and care
- Make administrative decisions in consultation with the administrator on call, as needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current RN licensure in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 1 year of hire
- De-escalation and physical intervention training within 90 days of hire
- Experience in nursing leadership or management
- Knowledge of hospital operations and policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
