Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Patient Care Supervisor. As a key member of our hospital's leadership team, you will be responsible for administratively managing the hospital, providing clinical guidance, and coordinating patient care resources.

Responsibilities
  • Administratively manage the hospital, representing the administrator on call as needed
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, physicians, and the public
  • Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient placement and care
  • Make administrative decisions in consultation with the administrator on call, as needed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Current RN licensure in good standing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 1 year of hire
  • De-escalation and physical intervention training within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in nursing leadership or management
  • Knowledge of hospital operations and policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
