Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team. As a PCT, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care, working under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and comfort of our patients undergoing dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Build long-term relationships with patients, educating them on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical and mental ability to work on your feet for extended periods
