Patient Care Supervisor

Job Summary
As a Patient Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for administratively managing the hospital as the representative for the administrator on call. This role requires proficient clinical skills and serves as a resource to nursing staff, physicians, and the public. You will coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate appropriate and efficient patient placement, making administrative decisions as needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care resources and ensuring effective communication among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative management of the hospital
- Proficient clinical skills and resource to nursing staff, physicians, and the public
- Coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team
- Administrative decision-making
- Coordination of patient care resources
Requirements:
- BSN required
- De-escalation and physical intervention training within 90 days of hire
- ACLS required within 1 year of hire
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills and ability to manage resources
