Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary:
Clarvida - Georgia is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with adult clients, advocating for their medical needs and providing comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nursing assessments and health histories to identify client needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address client medical and mental health issues
- Collaborate with clients and their family supports to provide education on self-administered medication and other health-related topics
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in an inpatient or outpatient psychiatric setting
- Valid Georgia Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Clean Criminal Background Check
