Key Responsibilities- Oversee the CRM system for incoming inquiries and perform administrative tasks to support the Sales and Leasing Representative in attracting and converting potential residents.
- Engage with current residents prior to their lease expiration to maximize renewal rates.
- Coordinate and organize resident events in collaboration with the Property Operations Manager.
- Assist in sales and leasing efforts aimed at achieving occupancy and revenue targets for assigned multifamily properties, including conducting property tours and showcasing apartments to prospective residents.
- Follow up with potential residents through various communication channels to facilitate lease applications.
- Generate new leasing interest by participating in market networking events and hosting community introduction events.
- Manage daily social media accounts and other creative marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Leasing Representative to foster an environment conducive to sales and resident conversions.
- Support additional projects as required.
- Employees operate in an office setting but may frequently encounter outdoor conditions that can be uncomfortable or hazardous.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Capability to lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- A minimum of three years of relevant sales experience in residential real estate, hospitality, or consumer-focused sales.
- High School diploma, GED, or a proven sales background.
- Strong urgency and work ethic, combined with a collaborative spirit.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with diverse individuals.
- Proven ability to close sales and instill a sense of urgency among prospective residents.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- A real estate license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of employment, where applicable.
- Availability to work weekends.
