About the Role

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Prime Video Advertising team. As a key partner, you will play a critical role in driving growth and financial success in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial consolidation for Video ads, working across publisher, sales, and FPA teams to identify input metrics and build a coherent narrative to explain business performance.
  • Drive insightful deep dives into our business and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Create, improve, and maintain financial metrics, reports, and scorecards, including WBRs.
  • Uphold and enforce an environment of ethical practices and strong financial control.

About the Team

The Amazon Publisher Technology (APM) Finance team supports ads businesses for Devices, Audio, Video, and Store Display, as well as the Publisher Technology team. This is a team of builders focused on creating world-class ad products and consumer experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
  • 5+ years of multiple finance and accounting roles experience.
  • 4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause, and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience.
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business experience.
  • MBA or CPA.
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL.
  • Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and other financial systems.

Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
