Software Development Engineer, Prime Video Core Tech WW

Prime Video is seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our Core Tech team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and building innovative solutions to automate and optimize Prime Video's campaigns, encompassing audience targeting, performance measurement, and attribution analysis within AWS Clean Rooms. You will also integrate seamlessly with ad networks, own impactful projects, and partner with business leaders to define strategies and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build innovative solutions to automate and optimize Prime Video's campaigns
Integrate seamlessly with ad networks
Own impactful projects from inception to launch
Partner with business leaders to define strategies and translate business needs into technical solutions
Champion code quality and actively participate in code reviews
Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
About the Team
Our team is at the forefront of innovation in the streaming industry, leveraging cutting-edge technology, including Machine Learning (ML) and Gen AI, to create personalized and engaging experiences for Prime Video customers. We work closely with marketing and data science teams, researching and developing solutions that power dynamic video ads, personalized recommendations, measurements, attribution, optimization, and captivating content across various platforms.
Requirements
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
