Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Staff Solve. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Q.C. and/or Q.A., with at least 5 years in management/supervision roles. A degree or training in Metallurgy, Quality and/or Engineering is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Quality Control processes, procedures and policies to ensure quality excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze data related to quality control processes, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with staff members, third-party personnel, quality consultants, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Q.C. and/or Q.A., with at least 5 years in management/supervision roles.
  • Degree or training in Metallurgy, Quality and/or Engineering preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Familiarity with latest edition of API & ISO requirements and some Environmental & Safety.

Compensation:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
