About the Role
  • This is a senior leadership position that requires extensive experience in ground-up construction, quality management, and safety protocols.
  • You will be responsible for managing subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • A strong background in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction management software is essential.

The Successful Candidate
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial ground-up construction with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary range of $105,000 - $145,000 per annum.
