About the Role

Nationwide Children's Hospital is seeking a highly motivated Pediatric Speech Pathology Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work with patients from birth to 21 years old, providing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.

The salary for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate patient's strengths and deficits, establish goals, and develop an individualized treatment plan.
  2. Administer therapeutic treatment to patients with developmental delay or functional deficits.
  3. Document patients evaluation results, objective status, progress towards goals, treatment plan, and recommendations.
